This is the story behind the HOT PETS: They are kind animals that have more than a single function.  Other than being just a nice,  huggable, well designed and original stuffed animal, they are created with love by artisans hands. They are not made overseas and they can be warmed up and warm you or your child up!  

What are these microwavable heating pads for?

For Children:
- The microwavable heating pad can decorate the room and serve as a friendly companion.
- The microwavable heating pad heats up the bed or clothes.
- The microwavable heating pad can be used to soothe babies & childrens tummies
- The microwavable heating pad will warm the child up on a cold day.

How does the Hot Pet microwavable heating pad work?

Very easily, in 4 steps:

1.Take the product (Hot Pet, Warm relief or Warm Baby) and place it in the microwave.  The microwave must be completely clean inside.

2. Read the time table on the label of each product and program the microwave with the recommended time. The maximum heating time inside the microwave oven is 2 minutes. After taking out the product, it keeps warm for up to 30 minutes.

3. Take the product out of the microwave oven and test the heat on the skin of an adult before using it.

4. Enjoy!

What do the Hot Pets contain inside?

100% naturalproducts like rice and flax seeds. Also, silicone cotton.

How are they made?

The Hot Pet microwavable heating pads are handmade and verified individually to comply with our strict quality control.

Do I have to take out the internal bag to heat it up?

No.  Our product is designed to be placed all together to be heated up in the microwave.  

Can the Hot Pet microwavable heating pad be washed?

The outside bag can be washed for the Hot Pets, Warm Relief and warm baby products. Just follow the washing instruction on the label. For the Therapeutics line, use a wet cloth to clean it up.For all the products, the inside bag, that contains the natural seeds, must not be washed nor gotten wet.

What are the main characteristics of your products?

1. Design. They are unique designs, based on animal shapes from the tropic and elsewhere, based on delicate products for all the family.  This is a product that not only has beautiful designs but is also functional.

2. Handmade. The products are produced in line, but not mass-produced. The products are made by artisans, single mothers that have been working with the company for many years.

3.  Size. This is not a small product and this holds the attention of children and grownups. This is not a regular stuffed toy.

4.  They are not made in China. These are products from a Canadian company, made in Colombia. We are a socially responsible company.
