All products are inspected in our quality control department before shipping. Should you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately at customerservice@petiteposh.com. You will be advised as to how to return the item to us within 3 days of receipt. We will gladly exchange the item for you at no extra cost.

Customers are responsible for shipping charges to return merchandise. In the case of an exchange, we will ship the new item to you at our expense. .
