2. What will PetitePosh use my personal information for?
PetitePosh will use your personal information for conducting business transactions with you. Should you wish to be on our emailing list you will be given that option. PetitePosh will not share or sell your information to any outside source.
3. Where will PetitePosh ship to?
We will ship to anywhere thatýthe Post office and courierýcompanies have locations. For anywhere outside of North America please email us for shipping charges and information. Please note:ý The buyer is responsible for all duty any other charges on items purchased.
4. How long will it take to ship my order?
Shipping timeframes are based on the inventory we have at the time of order. We ship out based on a first-in first-out system. If an item is out of stock, we will advise you when you can expect delivery. On all items we have listed the approximate delivery time. Any made to order or personalized items will be shipped within4-6 weeks.
5. Are all items exactly as seen in the photo?
Because many of our items are hand made by artist the colours and patterns can not be exact. They will be matched to the best of our ability but please take into consideration that anything hand-made is never exactly the same. Please note that the measurements on hand made items are approximate. Because of the nature of these items the measurements may vary slightly.

No, the price listed in US dollars is an approximate price.
8. Can I return an item if I am unhappy with it?
Certain products are not eligable for return or exchange. Please contact us to enquire if you products is eligable for return or exchange with 7 days of receiving your order.
Products that are eligable for return or exchange are subject to 25% restocking fee, shipping is non refundable.
