PetitePosh will use your personal information for conducting business transactions with you. Should you wish to be on our emailing list you will be given that option. PetitePosh will not share or sell your information to any outside source.
PetitePosh will ship worldwide with a focus on North America. For anywhere outside of North America please email us for shipping charges and information. Please note: The buyer is responsible for all duty, taxes and any other charges on items purchased. For shipping prices please click here.
Shipping timeframes are based on the inventory we have at the time of order. We ship out based on a first-in first-out system. If an item is out of stock, we will advise you when you can expect delivery. On all items we have listed the approximate delivery time. Any made to order or personalized items will be shipped within 4-6 weeks.
Because many of our items are hand made by artist the colours and patterns can not be exact. They will be matched to the best of our ability but please take into consideration that anything hand-made is never exactly the same. Please note that the measurements on hand made items are approximate. Because of the nature of these items the measurements may vary slightly.

7. Can I return an item if I am unhappy with it?
Certain products are not eligible (such as sleeping bags, bedding, sale items) for return or exchange. Please contact us to inquire if your product is eligible for return or exchange with 7 days of receiving your order.Products that are eligible for return or exchange are subject to a 25% restocking fee, return shipping is paid for by the customer and shipping is non-refundable.
